I had a conversation once with a gentleman from Birmingham and he asked me what did I need – food or money? I explained to him with a $10 donation I can buy 53 lbs of groceries. He wrote a check for $100. We can be good stewards of this money by shopping at Feeding The Valley Food Bank.

FINANCIAL DONATIONS

Feeding hungry people is the heart of our mission. Every dollar counts towards solving the problem of hunger and we are committed to being a good steward of funds entrusted to us. We work with a small staff and an army of wonderful volunteers to ensure minimal expenses.

A gift of $1.00 donated to the Food Bank will provide the equivalent of 6 meals for families in need.

Feeding the Valley is a 501(c) 3 organization and your gifts are tax-deductible to the extent provided by law.

For every $1.00 donated to Feeding the Valley Food Bank, you are providing 6 meals for families in need. Thank you for helping to provide food and hope to children, families and seniors facing food insecurity in our community!
