Empty Bowl
April 7, 2024 @ 11:00 am – 3:00 pm

It’s More than a Bowl. It’s a Promise to End Hunger. The Empty Bowls Project is a nationwide, grassroots effort to raise awareness about hunger.
One in five children in Georgia is considered food insecure. Our Empty Bowl luncheon, presented by Columbus Parks & Recreation, supports Feeding the Valley’s Kids Café Program. This program provides more than 2,000 hot, nutritious meals for at-risk children in our community after school every day and throughout the summer when school is out.
Every Empty Bowl ticket purchased will provide 120 meals for children in our community!
Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for children under 12. You will receive a wonderful soup lunch and a handmade or hand-painted bowl that you select. Additional bowls are available for sale.
TIME & NEW LOCATION: Sunday, April 7, 2024, 11am-3 pm – Psalmond Road Recreation Center, 6550 Psalmond Road, Midland, GA. 31820.
Thank you for supporting this mission. We believe that no child should ever be hungry.
